What kind of flexibility do I have as a uPowerPay partner?
One of the primary advantages of our program is the flexibility it provides to our partners. You can set your own packages and pricing and have nearly complete flexibility to determine every line item on each account.
I also need a merchant account - which should I do first?
We recommend signing up for a merchant account with us first, if you are contemplating being both a merchant and a reseller. This way you can get acclimated to our services first hand which will later help you when you market them to others.
Am I responsible for supporting my referred clients?
uPowerPay handles 100% of all new account, underwriting, deployment and support for all referred accounts to provide you with a "hands off" solution... all you need to do is have your clients fill out your online app link or fax in their app to us and we take care of the rest.
What kind of training do I receive?
uPowerPay provides complete reseller training. We call you once you have signed up to help introduce you to the program. Our support teams are available via phone and e-mail to help answer any questions and to train you on all of our products and services.
